comparisons to establish a fair

an in-kind donor wishes to donate
any equipment, the Foundation will
discuss the options with the donor
to insure compatibility of the
equipment with existing systems. The
Foundation may refuse to accept
equipment that would create unusual
or additional expense for the
hospital.
